Itinerary (Tentative)
DAY 1
The group will jet off to Jeddah. AC Deluxe buses will transport the group to Mecca hotel. After checking in, the tour guide will take the group for Umrah.
DAY 2
Set off for Haram Sharif
DAY 3
Ziyarat at local shrines in the supervision of tour guide
DAY 4
Offer prayers at Haram Sharif
DAY 5
Visit Haram Sharif and perform 2nd Umrah at Masjid e Ayesha with assistance of tour guide (pilgrims manage their own transportation)
DAY 6
Perform 3rd Umrah and visit Masjid e Ayesha (pilgrims manage their own transportation)
DAY 7
Offer prayers at Haram Sharif and/or explore Jeddah as per your convenience
DAY 8
Offer prayers at Haram Sharif
DAY 9
Pack your bags as we're going to Medina
DAY 10
After arriving in Medina, visit Masjid al-Nabawi
DAY 11
Set off to Masjid al-Nabawi
DAY 12
Offer prayers at Masjid al-Nabawi and/or explore Madinah as per your convenience

Payment Terms
- 01 Term: ₹19,999 booking amount per person
- 02 Term: Before proceeding with visa process, clients must clear 50% of remaining balance after booking amount
- 03 Term: Remaining balance must be cleared after receiving visa, insurance, and hotel voucher
- We only accept payment by bank transfers, NEFT and RTGS. We don't deal in hard cash
Cancellation Policy
- Booking payments are non-refundable
- All packages are non-refundable; no refund requests accepted upon cancellation
- If denied immigration clearance or due to COVID guidelines, no refunds available
- Check airline terms for cancellation fees; we're not liable for any incurred charges
- Flight changes follow airline policy; contact us for refunds on tickets booked through us
- No refunds for unused services during tours
Important Notes & Terms
- This Budget Package excludes luxury amenities
- A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate
- Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure
- The budget Umrah package accommodates 05-06 pilgrims per room
- Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel
- Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed and must be adhered to
- Drinking water is available only in the mess
- Standard check-in time in Mecca and Medina is 4 pm, check-out is 12 pm
- The grant of visas is at the sole discretion of the KSA embassy
- We are not accountable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations in flight schedules
